En report direct au Directeur financier principal, il s'agit d'un rôle clé dans la production et l'optimisation de l'information financière (IFRS, rapports de gestion, audits, documents réglementaires), incluant aussi la gestion des évaluations immobilières, de la fiscalité, du budget et des financements.

L'assistant contrôleur a pour mission de soutenir la directrice des finances en assumant des responsabilités variées tant au niveau de la comptabilité, de la paie, de l'analyse et de la collection. Passionnée d'optimisation, cette personne aura le mandat d'optimiser les différents processus afin de traiter de plus en plus de volume de façon de plus en plus efficace.

En tant que partenaire stratégique du directeur d'usine, vous pilotez la performance financière, les budgets et la gestion des ressources pour optimiser rentabilité et investissements. Vous garantissez la conformité des états financiers et jouez un rôle clé dans les relations avec les auditeurs externes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of projects and providing leadership to the project team.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

They have a strong history of successfully completing significant projects for various public sector clients, particularly in the fields of education, health care, and municipal or provincial government. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team.
